Subfrantic reinforces its portfolio with the acquisition of the Digico Quantum 225 and 338 consoles

The consoles Digico Quantum 225 and Quantum Pulse 338 are incorporated in the offer Subfrantic, a London provider specializing in events, festivals, tours or conferences.

Steve Davies, CEO of Subfrantic, confesses that the company had been waiting for a good opportunity to return to Digico after the sale of its SD8: "The Quantum series seemed like the right time for us. Digico is a market-leading console for live performances, and where before we lost touring artists who came to our studios because we couldn't offer them one, now we can fill that gap."

Subfrantic highlights the versatility of functions Macro y Set Game, which allow engineers to quickly readjust for “any situation.” Likewise, Davies highlights the intercompatibility from Digico Cross-Family Archives: "Digico is a professional standard that people want and expect to see. Engineers like the familiarity of the entire range and the unique features they offer, especially the new Quantum nodal processing. I'm looking forward to getting to know them better from behind the consoles, including the Klang integration and the Pulse update we're rolling out in the coming weeks."

Davies has confirmed that both Quantum 225 and 338 will go on tour with The Waeve, Graham Coxon's other band, in May: "The band will be supporting Elbow in stadiums around the country for a couple of weeks. I'll be on the monitors, with the usual FoH engineer from Blur, Matt Butcher, across the multicore”.
