'The connection': first production of Satisfaction Iberia

The connection

Satisfaction Iberia will produce 'The Connection' for La 1 (RTVE), the adaptation of the Dutch game show 'The Connection'. This is the first international version of the format and also the first order from the production company, just five months after its launch.

The presenter will be in charge of the contest Lara Alvarez. This will be the first time that he takes on a project on TVE, which he joins after finishing his time at Mediaset España. Lara has extensive experience in different television genres.

The connection features a unique premise: the answers from all rounds are connected and lead to a single answer, the 'final connection', which is revealed in an iconic final round. It is the first television contest with a set that combines physical elements with augmented reality, a scenographic resource that plays an active role in the development of the contest.

The Connection, released in 2022 in prime time on NPO1, the main channel of the public corporation of the Netherlands, has achieved excellent audience data among very transversal targets in three seasons. It is an original format of Medialane distributed by All Right Media and which will now be produced by Satisfaction Iberia, a production company founded in association between the French Satisfaction Group and the producer and businessman Daniel Domenjó.
