Zixi, acquired by the venture capital company Clearhaven

Clearhaven Partners, a Boston-based venture capital company that invests exclusively in software and technology companies, has decided to add to its portfolio Zixi, specialized in video transport through internet protocols.

Founded in 2006, Zixi provides end-to-end software solutions to more than 1400 customers and more than 400 integrated partner offers to enable the delivery of broadcast-quality video over any IP network to broadcasters, companies, OTT video providers, sports leagues and franchises, service providers, cable operators and telecommunications companies around the world. Zixi's clients include names such as Amazon Prime Video, AWS Elemental Media Connect, FOX, Fubo, MLB, Net Insight, NHL, Paramount, Roku, SKY, Univision, Wurl o YouTube TV, among “hundreds of other leading organizations” worldwide.
