The production company Happy Ending TV becomes Happy Contents after being acquired by Womack Studios
Womack Studios, the content creation, development and production division of Womack Group, has acquired 100% of the shares of Happy Ending TV, which will reformulate its scope under the name Happy Contents.
The global communications group chaired by José Carlos Conde reinforces its position with the incorporation of the audiovisual production company of Andalusian origin that they launched in 2014 Francisco Romacho, Jose Miguel Fernandez Square “Lepo” and Pepe Flowers, a trio that will remain in charge of content production management in Andalusia. The growth ambition placed by Womack Studios in Happy Ending TV has led it to evolve its name and corporate identity to become Happy Contents, the name under which a new stage of consolidation will be undertaken as a factory of fiction and non-fiction content at the national level. This rebranding also represents the first step in its international expansion, within the strategic plan of Womack Studios, which foresees new acquisitions, alliances and incorporations of leading professionals in the sector.
This renewed phase will be led by Yusan Acha, new director of entertainment programs established in the new Happy Contents headquarters inaugurated in Madrid in July 2024. Under his direction, work is already underway on the development of new entertainment and non-fiction audiovisual projects, focused on their implementation both in national and regional television, like platform OTT. In addition, from the Madrid office, the development of formats and licenses will be promoted with a specific focus on the LATAM market, which will be driven by the Womack Studios team in Miami and Mexico.
Yusan Acha accumulates more than two decades of experience in television, as a member of the management team of Day by day y Daily, with María Teresa Campos for more than a decade. He later signed for the production company Tangerine, in which he directed different Telecinco programs such as The search engine o It's happening and the remembered What a happy time!, presented by the remembered Malaga journalist, which was broadcast with great audience success in the afternoons of Telecinco for 7 years, among others. Later, he became part of the production company Fourteen Communication, in which he directed How Wise to later become the company's program director.
In its 10 years of experience, Happy Contents has launched numerous successful productions on television such as Wonderful People (Canal Sur, TV Canaria, Telemadrid, Castilla-La Mancha Media), The tree of your life (Antenna 3), The Scale (Canal Sur, Aragón TV, Telemadrid) or The Descendants (Canal Sur), 2015 Ondas Award for Best Regional Program.
