ROE Visual powers Hibino's new VFX studio
After the success of the VFX studio of Hibino, which used LED panels of ROE Visual, now expands its capabilities even further by collaborating once again with Metaverse Productions for a new company: the study PX Anzen.
The PX Anzen studio is equipped with Ruby 1.5F (RB1.5F) of Visual ROE for the fund, and Carbon3 Mark II (CB3MKII) on the roof and sides for ambient lighting. These LED panels are powered by processors Brompton Tessera SX40 4K, Disguise media servers and stYpe RedSpy 3.0 for camera tracking.
Junichi Imokawa, director and CEO of Hibino, notes that "when evaluating the options for this particular studio, a joint project aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions and improving process efficiency in video production, the Ruby 1.5F immediately came to mind. Not only has it demonstrated exceptional performance since it was installed in our 2021 studio, but its flip-chip technology reduces heat-related energy loss and consumption. This efficiency not only reduces the overall energy consumption of the study, but also contributes to our broader environmental goals.”
Glory Gao, Deputy Product Manager at ROE Visual, states that "At ROE Visual, we have consistently incorporated environmentally friendly design into our products, striving to create exceptional visual environments while minimizing the energy footprint. The Carbon MarkII, for example, is designed to be ultra-lightweight, allowing for faster and easier installation and maintenance, significantly reducing the total energy required for transportation and setup."
Grace Kuo, Director of Sales at ROE Visual, emphasizes that "Hibino has always been at the forefront of technology, and we are proud to have been at its side for over a decade. Our partnership goes beyond product supply; it is based on a shared commitment to innovation and ecological awareness. This is evident in projects such as Studio PX ANZEN, where energy efficiency solutions take center stage. Our ongoing collaboration highlights a mutual drive to push the boundaries of visual production, while maintaining a strong focus in responsible practices with the environment.”
