Ocine Lleida opens its doors with Christie projectors

The CineLife+ range projectors (Christie) illuminate the rooms of the new multiplex Ocina Premium Lleida, which marks the return of commercial cinema to the city after almost a decade.

In the two larger rooms pure laser projectors have been installed Christie CP2420-RGB that provide up to 20,000 lumens, 2K resolution and incorporate Real|Laser lighting, standing out in image quality, operational useful life and overall cost. Meanwhile, the rest of the rooms have been equipped with projectors CineLife+ RBe models CP2409-RBe, CP2411-RBe and CP2406-RBe, which have Phazer lighting technology, a brightness power ranging from 6,000 to 11,000 lumens and 2K resolution. All equipment has been installed by the integrator Cinemanext.

The Ocine Premium Lleida screens vary between 22 m² and 80 m², adapting to each room to offer an optimal experience. The ten rooms are equipped with large reclining seats with footrests, individual tables and USB ports for charging devices. The complex will also include a sala Kids, which will have a giant slide that will cross the space and play areas that can be used before, after and during the break in the middle of the movies.
