Michel Arntz takes over as sales director of Robe Group

Michel Arntz has been appointed as Director of Global Sales by Robe Group, a role that involves overseeing all sales-related activities for the Czech Republic-based LED and moving light manufacturer and its associated businesses and brands, including Avolites, Anolis, LSC Systems and Artistic Licence.

Arntz has been working for Robe for the past two years as a key account manager for Europe, dealing with high-profile distributors and subsidiaries and integrating with Robe's business modus operandi and its lively, people-focused management style.

“This is an extremely exciting time for Robe,” says Michel Arntz, referring to a series of acquisitions over the past 18 months that position Robe to offer customers complete lighting and visual control solutions, from luminaires, consoles and media servers to power distribution and full systems integration.

“I look forward to managing the growth of Robe Group and shaping development based on the excellent synergy between all brands, exploring the many diverse potential opportunities this brings,” says Michel.

Michel will travel internationally, connecting with companies, distributors, customers and end users, building new relationships and strengthening existing ones.

Ingo Dombrowski, who took on the role of sales director two years ago, will continue to collaborate with Robe, concentrating on the maritime sector, together with Tony Pérez.
