Adriana Vázquez, first woman to occupy the Production and Media direction at RTVE

Adriana Vázquez Ures will be the new Director of Production and Media RTVE, thus becoming the first woman to occupy this position in the history of the Corporation, to which she has been linked for almost two decades.

Throughout his professional career he has held different positions in technical areas, writing, television production, economic management and human resources and organization, which is why he has a broad vision of the Corporation.

Graduated in Audiovisual Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid in 2003 and with studies in Labor Relations and Human Resources from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Adriana Vázquez (Madrid, 1980) was currently working and since 2023 in the personnel management area of ​​the Human Resources and Organization Directorate of RTVE.

Previously he worked in contract and supplier management in the Economic Directorate (2022-2023); and for fourteen years in control of the Emissions area (2008-2022). Between 2005 and 2008 she was a production assistant and from 2006 to 2007 she worked as an editor.

He has a higher cycle in Audiovisual and Show Production from RTVE Instituto (2004-2006) and a Film Production course from ESTC-Lisbon. He has completed more than 400 hours of training within RTVE in matters of the audiovisual field and business direction and management.
