Link acquires Agora, a company specialized in network management and control systems

All assets and intellectual property of Now, including its network solutions, become part of Link, a company specialized in energy and data connectivity solutions.

Founded in 2012 by David Rocher in Poitiers, France, Now is known for its innovative networking solutions, including the platform Ghost Switch and its advanced network management software for the entertainment and broadcast industries. The acquisition includes the complete line of products, brand assets and its technical team. The company's operations will continue to be centralized in France to guarantee customer support and, in the process, improve Link's network of development and support centers.
