WTVision deploys an arsenal of graphic resources to cover the 2025 Portuguese elections

Comprehensive graphics packages, interactive tools, real-time data integration and advanced visual storytelling solutions are among the solutions that WTVision has given the chains TVI y RTP to cover the Portuguese legislative elections 2025.

To RTP, wTVision developed a comprehensive graphics solution that included graphics on-air in real time, content for a widescreen LED screen and an interactive system TouchScreen which became one of the most prominent elements of the broadcast. All graphic elements were managed using Elections CG, wTVision's proprietary software designed specifically for electoral events, in combination with the graphics engine R³ Space Engine.

The widescreen LED screen It occupied a central place on the RTP set, showing official results, projections, regional breakdown and historical comparisons, reinforcing the narrative of the election night. On the other hand, the touch screen functioned as the main control center for activating the graphics throughout the entire broadcast. Through a intuitive and responsive web interface, presenters were able to navigate the data, launch graphs and manage the content displayed on the LED screen in real time.

On the other hand, TVI trusted wTVision for the development of a complete graphics package, which included a new on-air graphic identity, augmented reality visualizations, LED screen content, full screen graphics, livebars, leads y overlays dynamic adapted to the editorial rhythm of the broadcast. Through Elections CG, wTVision provided graphics on-air dynamic features such as animated bar charts, regional maps, transitions and full screen visuals. The broadcast design team was also responsible for implementing the new visual identity across all graphic elements, ensuring brand consistency.

The most notable element of the TVI data presentation was the MagicWall, a touch-based solution that allowed journalists to explore and analyze election data interactively. With features such as zoom by district, comparisons with previous elections and simulations of parliamentary majorities, this tool also included a vote evolution slider that enriched the narrative throughout the night.

TVI's augmented reality setup was fully integrated with the LED display, creating an immersive and coherent visual environment. All components were perfectly synchronized with the data feed and adapted to the technical infrastructure of TVI and CNN Portugal, allowing full control by the presenters and a uniform visual experience for the audience.
