Fremantle produces 'The night of the big show' (Telecinco)

Dani Martínez will be the master of ceremonies of 'The night of the big show', a comedy and improvisation format with celebrities produced by Fremantle Spain which will be seen in Telecinco.

The night of the big show, adaptation of the British format Michael McIntyre’s Big Show of Hungry Bear Media distributed by NBCUniversal Formats, will feature among its ingredients “celebrity guests, music and dreams come true,” providing “unforgettable and emotional moments and fun surprises.” In his own words Dani Martínez: “The Big Show It is a program where the phrase 'No one knows what is going to happen' is strictly fulfilled. Neither the audience that is at home, nor the one that is in the theater, nor many times I - who am the presenter - know what is going to happen, what is happening or where everything is going to take us. And that generates expectation and tension, always with a lot of comedy. That's what makes this program a truly great show."

Produced in collaboration with Fremantle Spain and shot from the theater Cartuja Center of Seville, The night of the big show It is structured around four fixed sections. In “Surprise Star”, a person will become the star of the day thanks to a hidden camera and will be given the opportunity to demonstrate their talent on stage, while in “You Have a Message”, a guest will give their phone to Dani Martínez so that she can send a surprising and unusual group message to all her contacts. Once sent, Dani himself will read the funniest answers out loud.

The program continues with “Celebrity Karaoke”, a section in which a hidden camera will show the vocal abilities of the audience members, surprising them in karaoke while they sing the hits of their idols. Later, the real artists, including Chenoa, Andy y Lucas and La La Love You, among others, will watch in amazement as their songs are reinterpreted or destroyed, ignoring that they are also being recorded by the show's cameras. Finally, “A minute of verbena” will be a spectacular one-minute performance that will serve as the opening of the program, bringing the audience to their feet from the first second and featuring the “special and surprising participation of some of the true kings and queens of the verbena in Spain.”

The first episode of The night of the big show, which premieres on June 24 at 11:00 p.m., will feature the Alicante native Lola Lolita, one of the most followed digital content creators in Spain, as the protagonist. From the musical perspective, they will participate King Africa y La La Love You.
