The new version of Nevion VideoIPath, which can be discovered from the stand Sony in IBC 2025 (September 12-15), includes new features such as simplified setup, multi-language support, and single sign-on (SSO).
VideoIPath combines functions of control, orchestration and supervision of broadcasting in an open system that allows its integration into existing environments. The Dashboard app is constantly being improved, for example with the addition of new widgets, helping to greatly simplify customization.

Another important improvement to VideoIPath is the SSO support. This means that users can be managed externally to VideoIPath, for example within a corporate user management system. It also means that users can log in to VideoIPath with the same credentials they use for other corporate applications, simplifying the user management process. Beyond usability improvements, the latest version of the Nevion tool also includes Interfaces for Sony and third-party equipment, as well as general improvements throughout the system.
Arne-Johan Martinsen, Product Director of VideoIPath at Nevion, highlights the evolution of the platform: "Our sector is full of products with great functionality, but that are incredibly difficult to use, since they have been designed by technicians with other technicians in mind. We have been making a conscious effort for many years to invest in usability, as we believe that it is a key factor for the productivity of our customers. This latest version of VideoIPath is a perfect example of this."
