Jamie Dunn takes over as CEO of Lawo
Theirs appoints Jamie Dunn as chief executive officer (CEO). Dunn joined Lawo in 2011 and has served as ‘Vorstand’ and Deputy CEO since 2024.
As CEO, Jamie Dunn will play a key role in the continued development of the German technology group. His long career in the company, his deep knowledge of the market and his global experience constitute a solid foundation for the future.

As part of the transition, Philipp Lawo will step down as CEO of Lawo, although he will continue to contribute his experience to the Supervisory Board. This measure reflects Lawo's commitment to strengthening corporate regulatory compliance through clearer separation of management and control functions in its governing bodies.
