3D reaches consumption

Fujinon will begin marketing in September for a price that will be around 450 euros of a home camera capable of emulating the 3D sensation in both photography and video.

3D, once it seems to have conquered the big screen and is trying to get its head on the television, is now making the leap to the mini screen of a home camera. The Japanese Fuji has presented in Tokyo a camera called FinePix Real 3D W1 that allows for the first time on the market to capture three-dimensional photographs and video. Along with the camera, which will be released in September at a price that could be around 450 euros, Fuji will market an inch frame where images can be reproduced with a 3D effect without the need for special glasses.

What is behind this technology? In reality, it is a conventional camera with 10MP resolution to which a double lens and double sensor have been added, creating a curious sensation of depth through a processor.
