‘Cold Water of Evil’, selected for the Rotterdam Festival

The feature film by Costa Rican Paz Fábrega, which has the participation of the Spanish production company Tic Tac Producciones, will be up for the prestigious Tigre awards at the Rotterdam Festival.

The film Cold Water from Mal, the first feature film by Costa Rican director and screenwriter Paz Fábrega, has been selected for the official competition at the Rotterdam Festival. The film, which participated in Cinema in Progress at the last edition of the San Sebastián Film Festival, is co-produced by Tic Tac Producciones with the support of Ibermedia and since its premiere it has won numerous international awards such as the Arte France at the Buenos Aires Festival or the Torino Film Lab at the Turin Festival.

The Rotterdam Festival, one of the most relevant independent film events on the international calendar, will take place from January 27 to February 7.
