Géraldine Gonard, commercial director of the distributor Imagina International Sales, will teach on February 25 and 26 the Negotiation Techniques on Television module at CICA (Postgraduate Course in International Marketing of Audiovisual Content), a title of the Universidade da Coruña that organizes the Master in Audiovisual Production and Management (MPXA).

Géraldine Gonard, commercial director of the distributor Imagina International Sales, will teach on February 25 and 26 the Negotiation Techniques on Television module at CICA (Postgraduate Course in International Marketing of Audiovisual Content), a title of the Universidade da Coruña that organizes the Master in Audiovisual Production and Management (MPXA).

Gonard will offer students the keys to convince international production companies that Spanish fiction is more profitable than American fiction, he will analyze the models of the series that enjoy the most international demand and will explain, step by step, how and where an audiovisual product is negotiated.

Before landing on the Imagina group's distribution platform, Gonard was a sales executive at Sogepaq (Sogecable Group), an international distributor of audiovisual rights, where she was in charge, among other projects, of negotiating audiovisual rights for the catalog of 5,000 titles on television in Spain and Portugal. For five years he held various management positions at Grupo PI, a national and international distributor of audiovisual rights, where he was in charge of the implementation in more than thirty countries, mainly in Europe and Latin America, of Spanish series such as Un Paso Ahead or films such as My Mother Likes Women.

Since January 2007, she has been commercial director of Imagina International Sales, where she is responsible, among other functions, for directing the sales, marketing, materials, administration and legal departments, and for negotiating audiovisual rights and acquiring new works for the company's catalog.

Imagina International Sales is a national and international distributor of audiovisual rights – original version and adaptations for film, television, video graphics, and merchandising – that seeks to become one of the leading distributors in the audiovisual market, promoting the marketing of Globomedia and Mediapro products, and other production companies.
