Grass Valley will bring its latest solutions for AV presentation and production to InfoComm 2011 (June 11-17, Orange County Convention Center, Orlando-Florida). With the help of its North American distributor for AV products, Starin Marketing, Grass Valley will showcase the compact ADVC-G signal converters as well as the new functions of the T2 intelligent disk recorder, now with greater processing speed and capabilities for managing, playing and recording clips.

It will also be a good opportunity to check out the T2's optional support for content stored on P2 solid-state cards and XDCAM drives. With these new options, the T2 iDDR can now play HD clips with both professional codecs (AVC-Intra/DVCPRO and MPEG-2, 4:2:0/4:2:2, respectively) without the need for transcoding.

Finally, the new Alpha option for the TR2 iDDR allows you to separate the alpha channel from the source and place it into two fully synchronized channels for simultaneous playback.
