José Manuel del Pino: “Errequerre arrives with the purpose of revolutionizing the traditional business model”

José Manuel del Pino, from Errequerre's business development department, analyzes in this interview the change that it will mean for many television stations and production companies to now have the largest Spanish-speaking platform for the management of audiovisual content.

What is the activity of ATM Sur?

ATM Sur belongs to the ATM Group, a company in the audiovisual field with extensive experience in digital development, production and television marketing.

ATM Sur was born in 2004, as a new company within the ATM Broadcast group with the aim of assuming audiovisual work within the Andalusian Community.

Since its inception, ATM Sur has collaborated in several projects, such as the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa; EURO 2008; the 2006 World Cup in Germany; the 2009 Confederations Cup; the Production of the World Series by Renault 2006, 2007 and 2008, and the Production of the International Signal of all football matches organized by the Royal Spanish Football Federation since 2005,

Currently, it has a staff of 8 workers, professionals in the sector, specialized in each of the facets of the project.

What does the Errequerre project consist of?

ATM Sur has just launched the largest Spanish-speaking platform for the management of audiovisual content on the market, Errequerre, which comes with the purpose of revolutionizing the traditional business model. Errequerre aims to become a reference for all companies in the sector, whether television, production companies, advertising agencies, etc., in the buying and selling and exchange of news, documentaries, programs, films and all those products demanded through the Internet, and always working with broadcast quality.

This project has the added value of being the first and only global dynamic agent of audiovisual content for the different areas of the audiovisual sector, capable of facilitating the exchange of files, of a professional nature, through its web platform.

This new business model will enable, among other things, cost savings for the production of information news, and also cost savings for completing a programming schedule; greater capacity to disseminate own production, and a new source of income from own production.

Errequerre is configured as an interactive, easy and intuitive web portal, with transcoding capacity for different broadcast formats, and with a powerful search engine that makes it easy to locate content. The portal is updated daily with new content and has an elaborate development in the payment system and highly optimized communication channels.

Likewise, it highlights access to content immediately, without schedules, with personalized access and permanent customer service. All work and support is done over the Internet, ensuring immediate, anytime delivery and response.

Errequerre is the first audiovisual content exchange community for companies in the communication sector that uses the Internet as a means of content transmission, bidirectionally, both for downloading and publishing content (upload).
