José Manuel Eleta Carrascal joins the management team of Barlovento

He has been president of the Control Board and the Kantar Media Committee and is a member of the Boards of Directors of AIMC and AEDEMO.

José Manuel Eleta Carrascal joins Windward Communication as deputy director.

Graduated in Business Administration and Diploma in Statistics, as well as an Expert in Statistical Sampling, he has more than twenty-five years in the audiovisual market.

His work experience begins at ICP Research (1991-1992), Antena 3 TV (1999-2003), where he served as Research Manager, and then moved to TVE (2003-2014) as Research Director, Marketing Director and Antena Director, respectively, with responsibilities for the programming, promotion, broadcasting, audience research and marketing departments.

Since 2008, he was the representative of RTVE in the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) in the Audience Research group (GEAR).

From 2015 to the present, he has provided research consulting services through the firm Eleta Consulting Research, through statistics and media work.

He has been president of the Control Board and the Kantar Media Committee and is a member of the Boards of Directors of AIMC and AEDEMO.

At the same time, he has been a professor of programming, marketing and audience research at different business schools and has taken different professional courses at universities.
