Hilio, the latest innovation from Litepanels, now on sale

Hilio offers the same luminous flux at 5600ºK as a 575W HMI with only 115W, with great energy savings and without heat generation.

Hilio, the latest innovation from Litepanels, is now available. The powerful color balanced daylight is an LED fixture designed to replace the traditional HMI torch, but without the disadvantages of its power consumption and heat generation, weight and lamp life.

Hilio ofrece el mismo flujo luminoso a 5600ºK que un HMI de 575W con tan solo 115W, con un gran ahorro de energía y sin generación de calor. Sus LEDs ofrecen una vida de 50.000 horas y pueden alimentarse desde una batería de 24V, así como una fuente de alimentación AC.

Pat Grosswendt, director técnico de Litepanels, ha señalado que “trabajamos en estrecha colaboración con los directores de iluminación en todo el mundo y nos dijeron que necesitaban algo con la flexibilidad y disponibilidad de una fuente de luz HMI. Ahora contamos con accesorios de iluminación LED que pueden equilibrar la exposición frente a la intensidad de la luz natural del sol, tanto en situaciones de exterior como interior.

Like all Litepanels LED LED fixtures, Hilio is dimmable from zero to one hundred, with no perceptible color change. In addition, it can be controlled directly or through a DMX dimmer. Hilio offers a 15º light beam providing natural shadow filling under sunlight, even the harshest ones, at distances of up to 7.5 meters.
