Vértice brings transmedia to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid
All Fashion Week shows can be followed live on web TV and will be available for smartphones.
Vértice has designed the web TV of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid, and produces all the content, which includes, in addition to the live shows, a complete programming with interviews and reports. MBFWMadrid TV is a new way of enjoying the Madrid fashion catwalk and promotes a new way of watching television.
On Wednesday, February 1, the new Madrid Pasarela web TV will begin its more than ten daily hours of live programming, from Hall 14 of IFEMA. The Vértice group company, Videoreport, in addition to producing the signal for all the shows for broadcast to the media, will also be in charge of producing the television program that will broadcast live and exclusively all the details of the most important fashion week in our country, which celebrates its 55th edition until February 5.
Sagra Mielgo will be the presenter of the program, accompanied by Laia Monstseny who will tour all the spaces on the catwalk with her camera. In this edition, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid TV also has the special collaboration of fashion expert Clara Courel who will analyze the chronicle of each day.
Great technical deployment
The program is broadcast from a set, designed and built by Videoreport and located in the same pavilion 14. In addition, the Vértice group company has arranged a large technical deployment that includes 13 cameras, which will allow us to capture all the moments of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid: from the two catwalks that will host the live shows, the kissing room, where the cocktails will be held, the backstage, where we can live with the models the moments prior to each show, to an ENG camera who will accompany Laia Montseny through the most unexpected places.
A new way of watching television
Another company in the group, VerticeIN, has been in charge of designing the web TV for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid, a portal that offers free of charge more than ten hours of daily programming and exclusive content presented to the user in an intuitive and attractive way. All programming will also be available for smartphones and can be shared and recommended through social networks.
Both the shows and the extra programming can be seen through the catwalk website on demand, on a delayed basis, at the time chosen by the user.
With this web TV, created by Vértice 360, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid is at the forefront of international catwalks in terms of its dissemination and the audiovisual content generated therein.
More than 100,000 visits in five days
During the last September edition, the Madrid Fashion Week web TV, also created by Vértice, registered more than 100,000 visits from all over the world: Spain, France, Italy, the United States, the United Kingdom, Mexico...
With the premiere of the new web TV, forecasts aim to greatly exceed these figures.
