Thomson Broadcast faces 2013, integrated into Arelis Group, with renewed strength
Group Arelis, current owner of Thomson Broadcast, confirms that the brand will continue unchanged, with an ambitious program of new product launches throughout this year, with special emphasis on the Futhura range.
Once your integration process into the Arelis group is complete, Thomson Broadcast encara ahora 2013 con una nueva estructura financiera y de gestión. Como parte de Arelis Group, Thomson Broadcast se beneficiarán de la ampliación de los recursos de I+D con el objetivo de afianzar la posición de la compañía en el mercado con el desarrollo de innovadoras tecnologías.
Concluida en diciembre de 2012, la adquisición por parte del grupo tecnológicos Arelis asegura a Thomson Broadcast financiación a largo plazo partiendo de una mezcla de capital riesgo privado y fondos públicos franceses, todo ello bajo la supervisión del CEO del grupo, Pascal Veillat.
Veillat said: "Building on a long history as a pioneer since the early days of broadcasting, Thomson Broadcast is now entering a new energetic phase. We are on a strong growth trajectory, with ambitious goals for the next three years. The Thomson Broadcast brand will continue unchanged, and our program of new product launches throughout 2013, with particular emphasis on the Futhura range and the evolution of the radio product portfolio. And we are off to a great start in 2013 with a very great for a long-term infrastructure diffusion project.”
Thomson Broadcast will be present at NAB 2013 and will showcase the full range of new products at IBC 2013 in September.
