Chellomedia operates in Eastern Europe, Latin America and other parts of the world, with strong growth potential as it owns 48 of the 68 channels it distributes. Chellomedia's revenue last year was $514 million, which represents a small percentage of the $10 billion in revenue that the cable network business brought to Liberty Global.
