The cameras selected for this project are the Panasonic AK-HC3800GSJ, thus covering the need to produce audiovisual content with HD image capture and distribute them in SDI, with the characteristics indicated in the specifications published by the television network.

The AK-HC3800GSJ is a high-definition, high-sensitivity (F12) camera that offers a resolution of 1100 lines, S/N 60dB in a format of 1080/50i and 1080/59.94i.

It has a 16-bit A/D converter, 38-bit DSP, CAC and DRS functions and digital duplicator (x2). Through its CCU connection it is possible to connect it over fiber optics over distances of up to two kilometers, a very interesting option in configurations such as the RTVCE mobile unit. In addition, its lightness (just 3.7 kilos) makes it easy to deploy anytime, anywhere.

Víctor Ceruelo, manager and founding partner of Tangram Solutions acknowledges "being very satisfied and happy with the news. We could not have started this new journey with Panasonic Spain on a better foot. In this project it has become clear once again that we have all the pieces to carry out any audiovisual project, from beginning to end, whatever its size..."

Radiotelevisión Ceuta was born in 2000 with a test broadcast sporadically during that year. Since 2001, programming has been developed that has gradually responded to the needs and suggestions of citizens and has continuously provided a public service during this decade.
