Claudio Miranda begins filming as cinematographer on Disney's 'Tomorrowland'

The film is directed, produced and written by two-time Oscar winner Brad Bird (Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol, The Incredibles).

Disney has begun filming 'Tomorrowland, a mysterious adventure starring two-time Academy Award winner George Clooney (Michael Clayton, Syrian), Hugh Laurie (Monsters vs. Aliens, Arthur Christmas: Operation Gift), Britt Robertson (The Dome), Raffey Cassidy (Dark Shadows, Snow White and the Huntsman) and Thomas Robinson (a little change). The film is directed, produced and written by two-time Oscar winner Brad Bird (Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, The Incredibles).

Damon Lindelof (Star Trek: Into the Dark, Prometheus) and Jeffrey Chernov (Star Treck, Star Treck: Into the Dark, Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol) son también productores de la película. El guión está escrito conjuntamente por Brad Bird y Damon Lindelof y está basado en una historia de Lindelof & Jeff Jensen y Brad Bird.

Jeff Jensen y John Walker (The Incredibles) will executive produce alongside Bernard Bellew (Les Misérables, 28 weeks later) y Tom Peitzman (Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, Alice in Wonderland), both being co-producers.

United by the same destiny, an intelligent and optimistic teenager full of scientific curiosity and a former child prodigy inventor jaded by disappointments embark on a dangerous mission to unearth the secrets of an enigmatic place located somewhere in time and space known in collective memory as Tomorrowland.

Bird has assembled a great behind-the-scenes team including Oscar-winning cinematographer Claudio Miranda (Life of Pi, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button) artistic director Scott Chambliss (Star Treck, Star Treck: en la oscuridad, Cowboys & Aliens), Oscar-nominated costume director Jeffrey Kurland (Origen, Ocean’s Eleven) y el editor Walter Murch ganador de un premio de la Academia (El paciente inglés, Cold Mountain).
