Renowned recording, mixing and mastering engineer John Rodd chooses Avid solutions to create and produce the soundtrack for Neill Blomkamp's latest film.

Pro Tools HDX has been the workstation of Avid chosen for the production of the soundtrack of Elysium, one of the most anticipated films of the season. Elysium is an action film from Sony Pictures, with Matt Damon and Jodi Foster in the leading roles, about one man's mission to save the Earth. It was written, co-produced and directed by Neill Blomkamp, ​​whose previous works include Sector 9, a film nominated for four Academy Awards. Ryan Amon composed the soundtrack pieces.
