The Academy announces the short films that will compete for the Goya
A total of 35 short films will compete for the Goya for best animated, documentary and fiction short film.
The Spanish Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences has announced the short film titles selected to participate in the 28th Goya Awards.
The Board of Directors of the Academy has been in charge of selecting a total of ten titles for animation and documentary, and fifteen in the fiction category, since in this category, starting this year, there will be five finalists who will compete for the coveted award.
The short films will be voted on in the coming weeks by all the academics to decide who will finally compete for the most important awards in Spanish cinema. The Goya award ceremony will take place on February 9.
