Version 1.7, based on feedback from CL users around the world, has introduced improvements in efficiency and versatility.

Yamaha CL Series

The slogan of the CL series of Yamaha, The standards stay, but innovations never ends, remains the backbone of the CL series that has become the industry standard in digital consoles, and which now takes a new level of refinement thanks to the numerous improvements that are added.

The new version 1.7 defines a new generation of digital mixing consoles. Version 1.5, released in March of this year introduced the Scene Preview feature, as well as discovery and patching for Nexo Nxamp power amplifiers. Then in July, version 1.6 added discovery and patching for Shure Digital ULX-D wireless systems.

Version 1.7 as a result of feedback from CL users around the world has resulted in significantly improved efficiency and versatility. The improvements will be particularly valuable in handling the complex demands of festivals or similar events. Version 1.7 will be released via the Yamaha Pro Audio website later this year.
