The VI Seminar 'Radio and Network' of Aragón Radio will analyze digital technology at the service of the media
This edition of the regional radio seminar will bring together experts in digital media for communication in Zaragoza on November 21 and 22. The sessions can be followed by video streaming.
Experts in different areas of information technology and media managers meet in Zaragoza on the 21st and 22nd of this month at the VI Radio and Network Seminar of Aragón Radio, to analyze the relationship between the media and digital media and technologies. The meeting, open to the public and with free registration, will review the latest experiences and success stories in media management through digital media.

María Ángeles Rincón and José Félix Muñoz will take part on the first day, presenting the Open Data Aragón project, an initiative that seeks to make the data and information held by public administrations available to all citizens in an open and reusable way.
Frederic Colomina will also participate, who will talk about the application of Big Data to the media. Adequate data management can allow improvements, segment users and provide useful information in decision making.
Havas Media Group and Voizzup will star in the first panel of the session, in which they will present their experiences in developing tools to measure and interpret listener preferences or improve the connection between corporations and their users. Next, Elena Vicente Andrés will focus on the Digital Cloud archive and the path towards interactive radio.
The meeting will allow the different models of public radio to be analyzed at the table in which the heads of the stations integrated into FORTA, RTVE, Radio France and the Swedish Sveriges Radio will participate.
Eduard Navarro and Jesús de Pablos will deal with the Cases and Applications on Digital Platforms; while Sergio López Navarro, Miguel Madrid Cruz and Julián Nuño Cortés will develop the panel Heraldo Group, platform and content manager.
In addition, there will be a panel on Public Corporations with Joël Ronez and Agustín Alonso, another on Radio 2.0 (with Mats Aherlund, Nicolas Moulard and José María García-Lastra; one more on Training, employment and management of Digital Platforms with Ángel Pardillos, Daniel Martín, Ángel Mancebo and Isabel Baeza, and another on University Radios, by Miguel Ángel Oritz Sobrino and various representatives of these stations.
On the second day, which will take place at the CARTV headquarters and in the Auditorium of the University of Zaragoza, the III General Assembly of the Association of University Radio Stations will take place and the book will be presented Science. How to work on scientific dissemination from university radio stations. Manuel José López, Carmen Marta, Miguel Ángel Ortiz Sobrino, Rosa Pellicero, director of Aragón Radio, Paloma Contreras and Macarena Parejo will participate on this day.
The meeting program will be completed with Workshops on social networks, podcasting, open data and big data.
