Movistar will launch a channel dedicated exclusively to Formula 1

Starting in March and, for the first time in Spain, Formula 1 will have its own channel, without commercial breaks in the live broadcasts (races, classifications,...) and in HD quality. Up to six additional channels will be shown during the Grand Prix.

Formula One Management has reached an agreement to offer Movistar clients over the next few years all Formula 1 races with a differential experience never before seen in Spain.

Movistar TV customers could live and follow all the championship events, free practice sessions and Formula 1 qualifying sessions live in high definition through a new specific channel in which it will be possible to follow all the action that happens on and off the circuits.

An offer with more exhaustive monitoring for fans and with multi-screen programming that will include all the information surrounding the greatest show in the world of speed. From all possible angles, all the latest news live, Formula 1® from the inside, the protagonists in depth, with the recovery of historical Grands Prix, documentaries and other World Cup content that will complete the MovistarF1 Channel.

Formula 1 can be followed live through any connected device (both inside and outside the home) and, in addition, the best moments can be accessed thanks to the video on demand and personal network recording services that Movistar launched last December.
