Bluefish444 Ingestore: Simultaneous capture of four timecode-aware SDI signals

Bluefish444 is about to begin marketing a program that allows the capture of four SDI signals completely independent of each other without compression or in Avid DNxHD codec.

This solution, scheduled for release later this month, will be compatible with numerous Bluefish444 cards.

Using a single SDI cable, IngeSTore allows workstations to capture uncompressed and Avid DNxHD footage with minimal operator operation.

Using timecode embedded in SDI, Ingestore is able to automatically trig from start to finish in predefined segments, or using Auto-Record mode, generate new media files for each new take based on timecode interruptions.

This solution, in a configuration together with BBluefish's Epoch |4K Supernova cards and its quadruple HD/SD SDI connectivity, would allow four HD/SD SDI channels to be simultaneously captured regardless of the format or frame rate, uncompressed 4:2:2 formats and Avid OP-ATOM DHxHD media files.
