Mediapro manages to produce and distribute ten LaLiga matches simultaneously
A thousand professionals and ten mobile units working simultaneously have allowed the production and distribution of the signal for all the matches of the penultimate day of LaLiga.
The simultaneity of the ten matches on the penultimate day of LaLiga has demanded Mediapro a logistical coverage and a technical challenge considerably greater than that of a day with the schedule distributed throughout the weekend.
To achieve this, the audiovisual group has relied on the work of a thousands of professionals and the parallel deployment of ten mobile units, reinforced by the technical support of Overon, in the different fields to be able to transmit all the signals and face all the productions at the same time.
Furthermore, the unified schedule, which is established to protect the results of the teams immersed in the fight for permanence, relegation or access to European competitions, has required Mediapro, in charge of the production and distribution of each of the matches, a technical effort focused on enabling twenty complementary channels and eight additional ticket offices to deliver the signals at the same time to all clients nationally and around the world.
30 additional narration booths have also been set up in the Barcelona production center in both English and Spanish, and twice as many graphics stations as are required on a regular day. The multi-football sign, distributed to all national, international and public venue clients, has switched the signals received from all stadiums, delivering a single signal voiced in English and Spanish, with the best images of each match to be able to follow the best of the day without changing channels.
The unification of the schedule also represented a challenge from the technological point of view of the OUR, developed by Mediapro, which has implemented all the additional resources necessary so that the day has developed absolutely normally, without any setbacks, and with the corresponding satisfaction of the institutions.
