Ikegami debuts its new HC-HD300 camera at IBC
Designed with great versatility, this new camera is designed for both studio and field operations.
The HC-HD300 CMOS Studio HDTV camera is the new release that Ikegami is announcing the IBC 2014. Ready for studio use, it has a 1/3-inch 3-CMOS optical block, maintaining the image pattern and construction of the Unicam HD line, ready for broadcast.
Its CMOS sensors offer great sensitivity, signal-to-noise ratio and resolution... and all this with low energy consumption, without “vertical smear” and with a high-reliability format. With this launch, it is clear that Ikegami is committed to the adoption of CMOs in broadcast cameras as a trend.
Designed for broadcasters as well as educational or corporate applications, the versatile Ikegami HC-HD300 and BSF-300 base station use OpticalCON Duo connectors for this fiber cable camera connection.
This connector accepts any OpticalCON Duo connection for SMPTE hybrid camera cable (at a maximum distance of 350 meters with 2”VF and 250 meters with 7”VF) or common LC optical connectors for single-mode duplex fiber cable (at a maximum distance of 10 km.).
