'The Heroes of Evil', at the Moscow International Film Festival

The film, directed by Zoe Berriatúa, is produced by Álex de la Iglesia.

The heroes of evil has been selected to participate in the 37th edition of the prestigious Moscow International Film Festival (MIFF), which will take place in the Russian city from June 19 to 26, 2015.

The film will be presented in the Official Competition Section next Tuesday, June 23, with screenings for the public and jury at the Oktyabr Festival Center and the presence of its director, Zoe Berriatúa and its leading actors, Jorge Clemente, Beatriz Medina and Emilio Palacios.

Directed by Zoe Berriatúa, the film stars Jorge Clemente, Beatriz Medina, Emilio Palacios and Macarena Gómez; and produced by Álex de la Iglesia with his production company Pokeepsie Films, in co-production with Nobody is perfect PC and La Bestia Produce PC.

The heroes of evil brings to the big screen the lives of three asocial young people: Esteban, Sarita and Aritz. They are young and they are asocial. A friendship soon emerges surrounded by violence, alcohol and drugs between them. This spiral makes the three plan their lives as revenge against everyone who humiliated them in one way or another.

But a situation created by Aritz will make Esteban and Sarita question everything that is happening to them... Until we take them all to an extreme situation.
