wTVision, official graphics provider of the Vuelta a Portugal for RTP

For the last 15 years, wTVision has been the graphics provider of this historic cycling event for its client RTP, a public channel in Portugal.

wTVision has once again been the official provider of graphics dissemination and data integration of the Volta a Portugal, which has celebrated its 77th edition. A team of wTVision technicians equipped with a mobile unit was present at all stages during the 12 days to perform equipment configuration and live operation services. The service to RTP included the graphical implementation and its integration with CyclingStats CG, the integration with the official time provider and the integration with GPS systems to calculate positions.

CyclingStats CG, el software utilizado para este evento, calcula las diferencias de tiempo entre los ciclistas así como el tiempo y la distancia hasta la línea de la meta en tiempo real. Se presentaron diferentes gráficos con este tipo de datos y también con los identificativos de los participantes, datos personales, datos de la carrera, entre otros.
