TVE will co-produce four new animated series: 'Mya Go', 'My preschool monster', 'Tutu' and 'Cleo'

RTVE invests 6% of its computable income from the previous year in animation.

RTVE has selected four serial animation projects in the 2015 call in which it will take part in a co-production regime. There are four preschool projects: Mya Go, My preschool monster, Tutu and Cleo.

Mya Go, by Motion Pictures, combines charming characters, educational methodology and unmistakable aesthetics in one of the most promising projects that have been presented to RTVE in recent years. Mya Go takes the children to a very special world, the town of Cadadía with his friends Emily Share, Sussie Games and Tommy Stop.

My preschool monster, by BigBangBox/KD Producciones, is a transmedia work made up of an animated series, a playful-educational app and a connected toy in which the characters, two friendly little monsters (Haha and Hoho) discover how to cook a healthy dish or build a castle of wooden blocks with a lot of humor and an important educational background.

Tutu, by Ficció Producciones, tells the adventures of a small motorized kangaroo, optimistic and positive, called Tutú, and his friends. In this project, the evolution of the project in recent years, its formal quality and its integrative, positive and natural vision have been assessed. It also highlights the care in the creation of music under the ORFF pedagogical method and has a set of applications and games.

With Cleo, from La Casa Animada, is based on the experience of the first season, a success in Clan. In the line of classics such as Caillou, Cleo presents everyday situations from the perspective of a small dog. A character who thinks like children and helps them face the realities of the world of adults. It is a series full of values with a very distinctive aesthetic and close to the imagination of the little ones.

Four new projects that in the coming months, after the relevant negotiations, will be added to the quality Spanish productions that are already part of the Clan family. At the moment, successful series such as Sandra Detective de Cuentos, Desafío Champion Sendokai, Invizimals, Clay Kids, Blackie&Company and Bat Pat. And in the process of production Pumpkin Reports, Mica, Bubble Bip, Yoko and Four and a Half Friends.
