Javier Núñez, new director of RTVE in Andalusia

Since the end of 2012, he was editor of RTVE in Andalusia, a Territorial Center that he had been directing since February of this year.

The RNE Directorate and the TVE Information Services Directorate, at the request of the RTVE Territorial Centers Directorate, have appointed Javier Núñez Ceballos as the new head of the RTVE Directorate in Andalusia.

Núñez Ceballos has belonged to the RTVE Corporation since 1989. He is a journalist and has a degree in Sociology from the UNED. His professional career began at RNE Ceuta, where he worked for 13 years; In 2002 he moved to RNE Gijón, where he was Head of News and Programs for two years.

In 2005 he was appointed Delegate of RNE in La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz) and in 2008 he was appointed Deputy to the Director of RNE in Andalusia. Since the end of 2012 he has been editor of RTVE in Andalusia, a Territorial Center that he has been acting as director since February of this year.
