The campaign, which for the first time develops a short film in addition to several versions for television, has been produced by Caviar with Román Martínez de Bujo in charge of photography direction.

'Danielle' Christmas Lottery

This Monday, State Lotteries and Betting launched its new campaign for the Extraordinary Christmas Draw. The campaign, conceived by the agency Leo Burnett and titled Danielle, takes up the famous claim The greatest reward is sharing it and is developing a short film for the first time, as well as 3'30", 45" and 30" versions that will be broadcast on television. As usual, the agency has also created a series of graphic pieces for outdoor and press, POS elements and radio spots.

For this year, Loterías has had the Oscar-winning director Alejandro Amenábar to treat a story full of love, fantasy and optimism, in which a visitor from another world (played by actress Charlotte Vega) will meet by chance with Daniel (Daniel Luque ), a tourist guide from Madrid. And in which a lottery ticket will forever mark his destiny. “A film that talks about the meaning of luck, and that once again shows us that the best part of the Christmas Lottery is being able to share it with those you love,” say Loterías.

The music that plays a leading role in a campaign scripted by Leo Burnett and Amenábar himself has been orchestrated by Roque Baños and Ginés Carrion and performed by the Bratislava Symphony Orchestra under the direction of David Hernando. Recording took place in Studio 2 of Slovak National Radio with Martin Roller as recording engineer and Vanessa Garde on editing and mixing.

The piece was produced Caviar with Mafe Bello as producer and Raúl Guibert as production manager. The executive production has been in the hands of Alfonso Cazalilla Cano. Román Martínez de Bujo has taken charge of the photography direction with a camera team provided by Cine Técnico Group. Two were used in the filming. ARRI Alexas Mini, un set de ARRI Shift & Tilt (24, 45, 90 & 110mm), un set de Zeiss Super Speed (18, 25, 35, 50 & 85mm) y un set de Hawk V-Lite de Vantage (35, 45, 55, 65, 80 & 110mm). En el apartado de vídeo se empleó un QTake 4K, monitors Sony OLED and a Teradek 3000.

The artistic direction is the work of Stephane Carpinelli and Dominique Aizpurua while Sergio Rozas is in charge of editing. The SFX effects have been conceived by Raúl Romanillos in collaboration with Álex Rodilla, Pedro González, Joaquín Dorado and Javier Granado. As for the digital VFX effects, they have been developed in Onirikal Studio y Entropy Studio. David Heras, Luis Trinoco, Jaime Cebrián, Ignacio Lacosta and Jordi Costa have been in charge of creating the spatial setting of the short with their effects.

Finally, sound post-production has been carried out at Menos Doce DB studios, with Gabriel Gutiérrez in charge of sound design and mixing.
