Leyard and Planar exhibit their display and LED proposals for broadcast environments
Leyard's solutions include the new CarbonLight CLI series LED video wall, the seamless interactive LED video wall and the Clarity Matrix G3 series, Leyard's new generation of LED video wall with integrated processing.
Leyard y Planar They are present again at this NAB to show their solutions in both LCD displays and LED video walls to respond to the needs in broadcast production environments.
Among Leyard's solutions, the new CarbonLight CLI series LED video wall stands out. Belonging to the range of LED displays for rental and staging and offers very flexible applications. It is available in 1.9, 2.6, 3.9 and 5.2 mm pixel pitch with either front or rear maintained models.
Also note the presence of the TVF series LED video walls. This series is offered in 1.5, 1.8 and 2.5 mm pixel pitch and stands out because with easy assembly its bezel is negligible between cabinet and cabinet, managing to display images with a 16:9 aspect ratio and Full HD and 4K quality.
In terms of touch solutions, the seamless LED interactive video wall stands out. Based on Leyard's PLTS technology, it offers a lightweight, durable touch surface with excellent touch response, uniform color and high gloss. It also has a treatment to avoid the unpleasant parallax effect.
This video wall supports up to 32 simultaneous touch points and is available with diagonals of 108, 151 and 196” in 07, 0.9 and 1.2 mm pixel pitch.
Clarity Matrix G3
Another important novelty is the Clarity Matrix G3 series, Leyard's new generation of LED video walls with integrated processing. Available in 46 and 55” with a -1.7mm bezel, the new Clarity Matrix G3 LCD video wall system advances nearly every aspect of the exclusive Clarity Matrix architecture, building on the achievements of the award-winning family of LCD video wall solutions.
It features a new external video controller that offers unmatched video processing capabilities built into the product. Includes new Leyard WallDirector software to further simplify video wall installation, monitoring and management. It also offers unmatched fault tolerance and power efficiency through an improved off-board electronics and power supply architecture.
Among its features it is worth mentioning that the Clarity Matrix G3 video controller is off-board, becoming the first LCD video wall solution on the market that integrates advanced video processing directly into the product.
As far as display is concerned, the Planar LCD EP 4K series stands out up to 60 Hz, available in 50, 58 and 65", designed for 24x7 operation and equipped with speakers and Open Plugablle Specification (OPS) slot; and the 4K UltraRes Series available in 75, 86 and 98" Ultra HD.
