Along with the MediaCentral platform with which it was already working, NBT has now incorporated Maestro Virtual Set, FastServe and Nexis servers, Media Composer and Pro Tools.

NBTThe National Broadcasting Services of Thailand (NBT) has upgraded your news and entertainment production workflow with the tools and solutions from Avid. Tightly integrated with the platform MediaCentral From Avid, the new NBT workflow will include graphics, storage, and video and audio editing tools to deliver virtual studio productions and operate more efficiently.

NBT has trusted MediaCentral Newsroom Management (formerly iNews) to support its news production, including scriptwriting, programming and on-air broadcasting since 2010. Aiming to improve the network's results, NBT has added Maestro Virtual Set which, when combined with the Xync 2.0 infrared camera track, gives NBT teams the ability to create attractive, photographically realistic environments.

Also new to Avid's expanded workflow, MediaCentral Cloud UX helps make finding content easier and faster through a simple and easy-to-use graphical interface. It is tightly integrated with Avid's next-generation video server, FastServe and Nexis, which accelerates NBT workflow efficiency and collaboration.

On the other hand, with Media Composer, production teams have the power to quickly edit across a wide variety of file types, giving them more freedom and creative possibilities. NBT's video production workflow also benefits from Avid audio solutions, including Pro Tools, which helps the team easily work on sound enhancements, narration, sound mixing and sound effects, with a wide range of plug-ins.
