“La capacidad de transmitir RAW sobre HDMI desde la S1H a un Ninja V es un gran paso adelante en este esfuerzo”, ha asegurado Jeromy Young, CEO de Atomos.

atoms y Panasonic han codesarrollado la posibilidad de trabajar con RAW sobre HDMI desde la nueva Lumix S1H hasta el grabador Atomos Ninja V 4K HDR. La actualización RAW estará disponible de forma gratuita en el Ninja V cuando Panasonic la publique.

Jeromy Young, CEO of Atomos, has been "very proud to continue developing innovative technology with a company of Panasonic's caliber. We are both very committed to the democratization of cinema for creators, and the ability to transmit RAW over HDMI from the S1H to a Ninja V is a great step forward in this effort."

As the world's first full-frame mirrorless camera capable of recording 6K internal video, the Lumix S1H combines the quality of professional cinema-grade video cameras with the size and photography capabilities of a mirrorless camera, making it the perfect companion to the Ninja V.

"The leading brand of external monitor recorders is definitely Atomos. Both companies have a very good relationship and we have been providing 4:2:2:2 10bit HDMI recording output for the Lumix GH series for years. We are very proud to develop RAW output via HDMI with Atomos for the S1H," Panasonic said at its launch event in Los Angeles.

Young believes that "our advances in display technology now allow creators to accurately monitor RAW video in real time, just as it would be seen at home or in the cinema, for perfect preservation of creative intent. Our pristine custom Atomos HDR displays are unsurpassed in color accuracy and brightness representation of RAW signals. When combined, these advantages create a dream workflow for filmmakers."

The new Lumix S1H will be shown working with the Ninja V at the next fair IBC 2019 in Amsterdam starting September 13 at the RAI (stand 11.D25).
