The AT15-250, AT15-245 and AT15-250 panels facilitate the deployment of new digital terrestrial television networks in Mexico, Chile and Peru.

RYMSA UHF AT15-250

RYMSA has been awarded through its local partner Escape Audio, of the supply for the deployment of the second and third phase of the digital television network of the new Mexican broadcaster Grupo Imagen.

In 2015, the Mexican Government granted Grupo Imagen the concession to operate 128 television stations throughout the country, to broadcast its new open television network. In October 2016, it began broadcasting with programming supported mainly by foreign soap operas and newscasts.

The Escape Audio project consists of thirty sites spread throughout the country, for which the corresponding radiant systems will be supplied, based on the panel of UHF AT15-250 of horizontal polarization, fully optimized in terms of their radiation diagrams to meet the requirements of the IFT of Mexico.

The supply is completed with the corresponding ATSC mask filters for the output of transmitting equipment, manufactured in coaxial technique and fully adjustable to any UHF channel.

Chilevision

The Chilean broadcaster Chilevision It has also relied on RYMSA radiant systems for the deployment of its national television network. The supply consists of fifteen complete radiant systems, which will be installed throughout the country.

All of them have the peculiarity of transmitting in elliptical polarization, using the panel AT15-245, whose main advantage lies in the fact of having a single connector, which greatly facilitates installation work. The designs have been adjusted to the smallest detail to meet the great requirements of the SUBTEL (Undersecretariat of Telecommunications of Chile) regarding its propagation.

The first systems of this project have already begun to be installed and the supply is expected to be completed over the coming months.

IRTP

The National Institute of Radio and Television of Peru (IRTP) has also trusted RYMSA for the deployment of the phase corresponding to territory 2 of the Peruvian national television channel IRTP.

The radiant systems will be installed in the cities of Arequipa, Chiclayo, Trujillo, Piura and Cusco. All of them are based on UHF panel AT15-250 horizontal polarization.

The design of the radiation diagrams has been made to echo the current analog coverage, thus complying with the requirements of the Peruvian Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC).
