For the first time, it presents its entire range of localizations together at Focus, the sector's main event that annually brings together localizers and audiovisual producers in the British capital.

The Valencian Community has presented for the first time its entire offer of locations grouped in Focus London, the main event in the sector that annually brings together localizers and audiovisual producers in the British capital.

The initiative, promoted by Tourism Valencian Community with the collaboration of PAV (Valencian Audiovisual Producers) was born with the objective of bringing together the offer of locations and services for the filming of all types of audiovisual productions in the Valencian Community at a national and international level.

The presentation was attended by Giovanna Ribes, president of PAV (Valencian Audiovisual Producers), Vicente Haba (Visit Valencia / Valencia Film Office), Ann Hernandez (Movie Valencia), Carola Valls (Visit Benidorm) y Diego Valiente (Serviceplan Spain) and the immense variety of locations was exposed as well as the benefits and advantages that the Valencian Community offers as a filming set for all types of productions.

During the event, various appointments and commercial contacts have been made with locators and producers interested in learning about the offer of the Valencian Community, interested in its diversity of places and services.

"We are very happy and honored because for us it is a historic moment. All the Film Offices of the Comunitat Valenciana are trying to unite to be under a single umbrella and be able to establish synergies between them. We think that this is a key issue so that international producers can have clear and specific information, and know all the possibilities that the Comunitat offers as a filming set, being directed to the offices that fit according to their needs," commented Giovanna Ribes, president of PAV during the meeting.

The Valencian Community follows increasing the number of shoots, generating great interest in the national and international audiovisual sector. To the recent filming of globally successful international productions such as Game of Thrones, Dr. Who o Westworld, and Spanish like Pain and Glory, The Kingdom and the series The pier, in recent months the filming of the latest productions by Javier Fesser, Daniel Calparsoro and Icíar Bollaín, among others, have arrived in the Valencian Community.

This initiative, which consists of different actions such as launching a website bringing together the offer of locations, filming and benefits for filming in the Valencian Community, it was also presented to the audiovisual industry last September through an event held within the framework of the San Sebastián Film Festival.
