This year's show was broadcast from different locations in China, with CCTV's main stage in central Beijing. The extensive coverage in HDR 12G UHD included a number of animated graphics and augmented reality sequences made possible by Ross Video, which partnered with CCTV for the production of this program for the second year in a row.
