Following the instructions of Health and as established by the ministry's protocol for this purpose, and since the majority of the workers who carried out their activity on the fourth floor of the center could have had contact with the affected worker, the plant was evacuated and all workers were sent home in a situation of home isolation for 14 days. The rest of the headquarters will continue to operate since this worker has not had contact.
On the other hand, the Retevisión Pavilion building on Isla de la Cartuja was prepared to move a completely new team there, which would not have had physical contact with the affected person or with other workers who could be in the same situation due to the contact. In addition, an exhaustive cleaning and disinfection has been carried out of the entire newsroom on the fourth floor of the San Juan de Aznalfarache facilities, the sports and Andalucía Directo newsroom on the second floor, as well as the studio and control from which Andalucía Directo is carried out, studio 1 and its corresponding control (News), central control and continuity. All these areas are already clean and disinfected.
Andalusian public radio and television plans to carry out a thorough cleaning of all production centers during the weekend.
