After 'Ozzy' and 'El plan', this film being shot in Andalusia is the third feature film produced by Nacho La Casa for Captain Spider.

Brooklyn's Sevillanas

The director Vicente Villanueva (Knock Knock) filming of the comedy has started in Andalusia Brooklyn's Sevillanas. Produced by Captain Spider, Sin Films and 700 AIE bucks, with the participation of RTVE, Canal Sur and Movistar+, the support of the Junta de Andalucía and the financing of the ICAA, ICO and CreaSGR, the film will be released in theaters in 2021 distributed nationally and internationally by Filmax.

After Ozzy y The plan, Brooklyn's Sevillanas It is the third feature film produced by Nacho La Casa for Captain Spider. For this new adventure, La Casa produces together with Jose Alba, from Pecado Films (Gernika, Viaje al quarto una madre).

Con script by Juan Apolo and Nacho La Casa, the feature film will be shot over six weeks in various locations in Seville. The cast is made up of some of the best-known and most awarded faces in our country's fiction: Carolina Yuste (winner of the Goya for best supporting actress for Carmen and Lola), Sergio Momo (Elite, The Neighbor), Manolo Solo (Late for anger, It's for your good), Estefanía de los Santos (The Plague, Group 7), Canco Rodríguez (Aida, Brain Drain, Operation Shrimp); María Alfonsa Rosso (The one that is coming, The bride, Outdoors) and Adelfa Calvo (The Author, The Minimal Island).

The comedy focuses on Ana, a young woman from Seville fed up with her family and the conflictive neighborhood in which they live. Everything will get worse when her mother, to avoid eviction, decides to deceive an agency to welcome Ariel Brooklyn, an African-American student from a wealthy family, into her home in exchange for 700 euros.

Despite their differences and the grotesque situations caused by fraud, Ana and Ariel will be forced to live together under the same roof. And you know, the friction….
