Canal+ Group will protect M7 contents with Nagra

Nagra's Protect and Guard solutions offer both card-based and card-free content protection.

Canal+ Group, the main French audiovisual media group, has selected the technologies of protection of contents Nagra to ensure the services of M7, the Luxembourg-based satellite operator it acquired in 2019, through new and old set-top boxes.

The solutions Protect and Guard from Nagra offer both card-based and card-free content protection and meet the studios' strict requirements for 4K Ultra HD and early release high-definition content.
