CCM Cinemas Installs Costa Rica's First RealLaser Cinema Projector

And he adds that "that is why we have created this premium room whose objective is to offer the Costa Rican public a new highly refined film experience and excellent audiovisual comfort through the support of innovative film technologies of the last generation."
The room in question has a pantalla Harkness Clarus XC 1.7. of 10.6 x 5.72 meters and is equipped for 3D with the GXM X-Mirror System. It has Stadium Comfort seats and an optimized architectural design to offer the best film experience to its audience.
"For the projection we wanted to introduce the third generation of digital cinematographic projectors, specifically the RGB Christie Reallasser laser technology, to obtain spectacular colorimetry and contrast and an experience of great realism," says Vázquez Badilla.
The Christie CP2315-RGB installed is a projector of 13,500 lumens and resolution 2k Based on lighting technology Christie RealLaser, which guarantees an excellent image quality and brightness levels above the DCI standards throughout the natural life of the team.
For the sound of the room, the Line Array (La) speakers of Christie Live Audio in combination with Dolby Atmos have been chosen. "These speakers, which are the most advanced in the market, are a scoop in Costa Rica and constitute the perfect complement to create a 360 degree sound experience of great precision, balance, definition and comfort," says Vázquez Badilla.
The other three Multicines Western screens have Christie Xenon Lighting Projectors installed in 2013.

CCM Cinemas is a 100% Costa Rican company founded in 1967, and pioneer in the country's film industry. It currently has 17 film rooms in different parts of the country.
