Streamland Media acquires Sim Post's post-production business

Streamland Media ha anunciado la adquisición del negocio de postproducción de Sim Video International (Sim Post). La adquisición estratégica se basa en la destacada lista de artist de Streamland y ampliará la cartera técnica de la compañía al aumentar su oferta de contenido no guionizado y guionizado en Norteamérica.
The acquisition will strengthen Streamland's current presence in Los Angeles and Vancouver, and give the company a prominent presence in New York City.
The CEO of Streamland Media, Bill Romeo, highlights that "the addition of Sim Post consolidates our commitment to creating an unparalleled post-production community that is supported by a team of talented people. The alignment of Sim Post with the philosophy and culture of Streamland will make this transition seamless, allowing us to amplify social responsibility efforts within the communities where we live and work."
The transaction, which is expected to complete in the first half of 2021, is backed by Trive Capital and Five Crowns Capital. The company assures that there will be no interruption of services to Sim Post clients during the integration, and all employees dedicated to Sim's post-production business will be part of the transition.
