Dejero undertakes a minority recapitalization to accelerate its growth

Vertu Capital and Ubicom Ventures have joined forces to lead the minority recapitalization of the Dejero, valued at 60 million dollars. The goal is to “pave the way” to accelerate the company's growth.

Founded by Bogdan Frusina in 2008 and directed by Bruce Anderson, director general, Dejero is headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario and has offices in the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as a global distribution network. The company's live video and real-time data streaming solutions are used by television networks, production companies, public safety and government agencies, as well as enterprise customers in a variety of fields.
